Why This Exists

Once you leave college, every conductor is abandoned, left to luck, left to trial and error, guessing at what might actually open a career. The conductors who break through fastest aren't the most talented in the room. They're the ones who work out, fast, which steps actually open doors.

Having spent the last seven years coaching hundreds of conductors and watching their paths, their successful moves and their mistakes, I built PCA to hand you that roadmap directly, instead of making you find it alone. And because it's delivered entirely on Zoom, it doesn't matter whether you're in England, Slovenia, or USA you get the same weekly access, the same community, the same library.

How PCA Works

1. Apply, and we assess your fit. PCA is for conductors with real professional experience on the podium who are ready to commit for at least 10 months.

2. We find your constraint. We identify exactly what's holding your career back technique, rehearsal skills, application materials, or career strategy.

3. Weekly 1:1 coaching during term time, live on Zoom. My eyes on your conducting, your rehearsal footage, your application video, and your career decisions every single week, from wherever you are.

4. Access to every colleague's coaching. Their problems are often your problems, months ahead of you. Everything is recorded.

5. Live group Zoom training every week listening, application video building, rehearsal skills, facial expression, left-hand technique, string problem-solving.

6. The Advanced Conducting Mastery library 52 courses, available online whenever you need them.

7. Then you take action into your next audition, competition, or engagement until you hit your next constraint, and we solve that one too.
